A proud native of Himachal Pradesh, Sunil Dogra has dedicated over 15 years of his life in service to the nation. With deep roots in the mountains and a strong sense of discipline and purpose, he now channels his experience and love for nature as the Founder and Director of a company. Sunil’s vision is to create an authentic, grounded space where people can explore the outdoors, find peace, and reconnect with the natural beauty of Himachal.

A seasoned project leader turned naturepreneur, Anand brings 22+ years of global engineering and site‑development expertise. With an MBA and mechanical engineering background, his shift from industrial projects to Himalayan campsites stems from a profound belief—our modern lives need more silence, space, and soulful connections. Uphill is his heartfelt effort to create that space, where every guest can reconnect with mountains, mindfulness, community, and themselves.
Ms. Kavita Chhillar

A dynamic leader and passionate educator, Kavita Chhillar brings over 14 years of experience as a Principal with renowned schools of Delhi NCR .With a background in Fashion Designing and a Master’s in Hospitality, she combines creativity, leadership, and a deep understanding of guest experience. Honoured with the prestigious Exemplary Women of India award and recognized as a Women Leader, Kavita now serves as the Co-founder & Director of the company. She leads trekking and meditation programs, while also managing the company’s social media presence, helping to inspire others to reconnect with nature and themselves through mindful outdoor experiences.

With over 20 years of experience in property management and business operations, Pardeep Kumar is a seasoned entrepreneur known for his strategic insight and strong leadership. Now serving as a Director of a company ,he brings his business acumen to create well-managed, welcoming spaces for outdoor experiences.
